I have discovered that I actually do like to read somewhat. I like to read now more then I did at the beggining of the trimester. I still feel drawn to sports biographies I think that genre will always be my favorite genre. Action books also draw me in, before the end of the school year I want to read at least one action book, because I've always liked action movies so Im sure I would like a good action book. At the beggining of the trimester I felt like I didn't concentrate when I read so if i read 20 pages in a book back then I wouldn't know what would be going on in those 20 pages. But now I feel like I concentrate more so I understand what happening in the book. This is one of the reasons I enjoy reading more now that Im concentrating on whats going on in the book.

I just finished the book Moneyball it was a great Underdog story about baseball. Billy Beane was the GM of the Oakland A's, he was given the smallest budget of all MLB teams and he still made it work. The year before he lost his 3 best players in the trade market. This story just shows that you don't have to have the best to be the best.

I just started to read Moneyball and I like it alot. I like it a lot because its a true story and I love sports. The setting varies in the book from onto the baseball field, to the office, clubhouse, etc. I like that the setting varies because I can visualize these places very easily. I saw the movie and now im reading the book and so far the movie to book has been a good adaptation and there is no major differences in them. Which I like so I dont get confused on which one I mthink is true. There are a lot of characters in the book which is confusing at sometimes because I forget who is who but I know the main character which is Billy Beane.-

I just finished reading Catching Fire it was a great book. Im starting on the novel Moneyball which I am very excited for. I am excited to read this book because its based on a true story and I really like sports books (Moneyball is about baseball). Another reason im excited is because I already saw the movie and I wanted to compare it to the book and see the differences and similarities of each. Im not the biggest baseball fan but since it's still about sports I will easily be able to read it. I would also like to see how this book compares to the book Larry Bird Watching since there both true stories about sports. I will blog more about the book once I start reading it. Stay tuned!
